How long does it take to build and ship my PC?
Each Starforge system is hand-assembled by our expert technicians. Standard lead times are typically 7-10 business days for assembly and testing, followed by 3-5 days for ground shipping depending on your location.
What kind of warranty comes with my Starforge system?
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive 2-year parts and labor warranty. If any component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are actively working on expanding our logistics network to support more international regions in the near future.
Can I upgrade my components after the purchase?
Yes! Our PCs are built using industry-standard components, making them fully modular. You are free to upgrade your RAM, storage, or GPU in the future without voiding your labor warranty, provided no damage is caused during the upgrade process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Systems must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
How are the PCs protected during shipping?
We use specialized professional-grade foam inserts that mold to your internal components, preventing movement during transit. Each system is also double-boxed with heavy-duty cardboard to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.
