Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our technical support team through our help portal with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
- 2.Verification & RMA
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible domestic returns.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your system in its original double-layered shipping box with all protective foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.
- 4.Inspection & Refund
After our technicians verify the hardware integrity and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
